• You grant LAUX.ai a limited license to process your User Content solely to provide and improve the service.
• You represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your User Content.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Submit content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the platform or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform or its generated outputs.

• LAUX.ai owns the platform, software, technology, branding, and underlying system design.
• You retain ownership of the information and content you submit.
• Subject to these Terms, you may use AI-generated outputs at your own discretion and risk.

Certain features may require payment.

• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (such as Stripe).
• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.
• Access to paid features is provided after successful payment and may vary depending on your subscription or purchase.

LAUX.ai provides recommendations and generated content for informational purposes only, and the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

• We do not guarantee business results, conversions, or performance.
• Results may vary depending on the information provided and how recommendations are implemented.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated outputs before using them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• LAUX.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• This includes loss of business, revenue, profits, or data arising from your use of the platform.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• We may perform maintenance or release updates that temporarily affect platform availability.
• We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform if these Terms are violated, misuse is detected, or continued use may negatively affect the platform or other users.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of LAUX.ai after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing LAUX.ai, without regard to conflict of law principles.
